On Tuesday November 25 Tri-County senior Gracie Stinson signed her letter of intent to Manchester University. Stinson will join the Spartans cross country team in the fall and will also participate in their indoor and outdoor track programs. Gracie is the son of Trevor and Sara Stinson.
