This week’s Athletes of the Week are our boys wrestling team as they opened their season this past weekend by winning the North Newton Invitational. The Cavs finished the day going 5-0 which included four individuals winning their weight class. Jayce Bowman won the 113 lb weight class going 5-0, Brett Bowman also went 5-0 winning the 132 lb weight class, Cale Nesius finished the day at 4-1 winning the 150 lb weight class and Kevin Martinez went 5-0 on the day winning the 165 lb weight class.
