Tri-County to offer sports physicals for $20

The Tri-County athletic department and Franciscan Health will offer sports physicals on Wednesday, April 9 at the Tri-County main gym lobby. Physicals will be from 6:00-7:30 pm EST and cost is $20. The physicals will be good for the entire 2025-26 athletic season. What to do next: +Complete FinalForms prior to Wednesday, April 9. https://tricounty-in.finalforms.com/ +Print off the Medical History form and bring to your physical.
